Investment Committee

Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and with satellite offices in Mexico City and Mumbai, Walton Street’s investments are managed by a team of over 135 professionals. The firm’s Principals have made over $40 billion of investments in real estate and real estate operating companies. With an average of over 20 years of real estate experience, Walton Street believes its investments will benefit from the long-term relationships and expertise gained by having experienced several real estate cycles.

Eric C. Mogentale

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Investment and Management Committee

Principal overseeing marketing and client services. Prior to forming Walton Street, Mr. Mogentale was a Vice President of JMB Institutional Realty Corporation in the Acquisitions Group and, prior thereto, a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Company. He has a BA from Northwestern University.

Jeffrey S. Quicksilver

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Investment and Management Committee

Principal overseeing acquisitions. Prior to forming Walton Street, Mr. Quicksilver was a Managing Director of JMB Realty Corporation in the Acquisitions Group and, prior thereto, an Associate at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis. He has a BA from University of Michigan and a JD from Stanford University.

Robert Bloom

Senior Principal

Investment Committee

Prior to joining Walton Street, Mr. Bloom was an acquisitions Vice President in Goldman Sachs' Real Estate Principal Investment Area (Whitehall). He has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Perry M. Pinto

Senior Principal

Investment Committee

Prior to joining Walton Street, Mr. Pinto was an Associate of JMB Institutional Realty Corporation in the Acquisitions Group. He has a BBA from University of Michigan. Mr. Pinto is a CFA charterholder.

Richard B. Ratke

Senior Principal

Investment Committee

Prior to joining Walton Street, Mr. Ratke was an Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Investment Banking Division. He has a BS from the University of Michigan and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Sotoloff

Senior Principal

Investment Committee

Mr. Sotoloff has a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
